‘CONTACT is becoming increasingly popular both in Russia and abroad, so the list of cities where the service is available keeps getting longer. For one, the system’s 2,800 new outlets were introduced in 500 more cities between September 15, 2008 and November 30, 2008. Most of these were set up in the countries of the far abroad, which means the western financial organizations are truly interested in money orders, as this is a risk-free and booming commission-based business,’ the spokesperson for Bank Monetniy Dom explained to an UrBC reporter.
