SKB-Bank keeps working as usual, Chairman says

SKB-Bank’s BOD Chairman Vladimir Pukhov replied to the earlier address of V.N. Frolov, BOD Chairman of Bank Severnaya Kazna.

‘Dear customers and partners:

Bank Severnaya Kazna’s official website featured the Chairman’s address to the customers on October 14, 2008. His message was that the provincial banks had some clear and fair ways of settling money matters with its customers and therefore imposed certain limits on deposits that people want to close before the end of the deposit period. I, on my part, can say that SKB-Bank keeps working as usual and no emergency measures or limits have been introduced,’ Vladimir Pukhov said.

‘SKB-Bank never stopped any settlement transactions with either private customers or legal entities even for one day. All the payments are made online. All the customers who want to cash in their deposits, even if the deposit period is not over yet, can do so at any given moment. Our ATMs also keep providing people with cash in a trouble-free mode,’ he added.

‘SKB-Bank never colluded with other regional banks and never violated the antimonopoly legislation. Our clever resource management and meeting our liabilities no matter what let us hope that our customers will stay loyal to us in the future,’ the bank executive said.
