‘The business center hasn’t been able to sell or rent PARKKING Club’s ‘Golden Hall’ yet. The price of a square meter still comes to 200,000 RUR, the total area of the hall is 1,080 square meters,’ Antey Business Center’s Renting Department Manager Natalya Motovilova said to an UrBC reporter.

Antey’s management offered one of PARKKING Club’s fully equipped halls with a separate entrance in Malyshev St. for sale, but they have been unable to find a customer for four months already. Nevertheless, there are no plans to reduce the price.

The business center’s representatives have declared earlier that Antey decided to sell the hall in order to get more money for putting up an extension to the center.
