Yekaterinburg — Verkhnyaya Pyshma Tram Link to Open in Late 2020

Yekaterinburg: Existing Home Prices Down 0.6% in November

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 9, 2019. As of December 2, 2019, the average asking price on Yekaterinburg existing home market came to RUB 72,091 per m2; the prices have gone down by 0.6% in the last month, Ural Real Estate Chamber’s Analytical Department’s report indicates. The market supply rose by 1.2% in November, reaching 9,120 homes, apartments, and rooms in communal apartments.
