Yekaterinburg: Budget 2020 Approved Through Public Hearings

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, December 2, 2019. Public hearings on the local Duma's budget proposal for 2020 and preliminary budget plan for 2021-2022 took place in Yekaterinburg last month. 488 local residents voted in approval of the proposed budget; 7 people voted against the proposal; 3 people abstained from voting. As was reported earlier, Yekaterinburg Duma Budget & Economic Policy Committee approved of the Budget 2020 Project in the first reading last week. Yekaterinburg's budget revenues are expected to come to RUB 47.4bn next year; budget expenses are estimated at RUB 49.2bn.
