Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) won the Event of The Year in Russia’s Metallurgical Industry Award for building its new Sintering Plant 5, MMK’s Information & PR Department reports. The awarding ceremony took place during the opening of Metal Expo 2019 International Industrial Exhibition in Moscow. The winners received honorary certificates and symbolic trophies - figurines of metallurgical workers.
