Sverdlovsk Philharmonic Buys 11 Apartments in Disputed Building

Sverdlovsk Region’s public prosecution authorities report that Sverdlovsk Philharmonic has already purchased eleven apartments at 40 Karl Liebknecht St (the building that would need to get pulled down to make room for the new concert hall).
