UBRD’s Male Customers Make 36% More Transactions in 2017

The Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development’s male customers spent nearly RUR 10bn using their bank cards last year, which exceeded the figures for a year earlier by 21%, the bank’s press service reports. Sverdlovsk Oblast: Companies Pay RUR 9m in Anti-Tobacco Fines

Sverdlovsk Oblast: Fuel Prices Increase 2.4 Times Faster Than Inflation
