TMK CHERMET Invests 50m RUR in Production

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 9, 2017. TMK CHERMET invested over 50m RUR in production upgrades in the first half of the year, the company press service reports. MMK Holds Firefighting Contest

UrBC, Magnitogorsk, August 9, 2017. Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) held a special firefighting contest to distinguish the company’s best volunteer firefighting team, MMK Information & PR Administration reports. The annual contest was held in accordance with the company’s action plan for civil defense, emergency management, and fire safety for 2017. Ural Federal District: Locals Spend 2.5% More in July

Sverdlovsk Region Sets Up Housing Fraud Victims Committee

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 9, 2017. An ad hoc committee to coordinate the actions of Sverdlovsk Region’s and local cities’ authorities and those of other related organizations was recently set up by Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev’s decree. The goal is to protect the rights of local housing fraud victims. The entire process is to be supervised by First Deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Vladimir Tungusov.
