Russian President Vladimir Putin paid a visit to Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) and Sinara Group’s united stand at Innoprom 2017 International Industrial Exhibition. The average monthly rent of studio apartments in Yekaterinburg amounted to 14,834 RUR in the first half of 2017, which was 6.4% below the figures for one year previously, Mir Kvartir’s research findings indicate. At the same time, the rental price of a one-bedroom apartment rose by 6.6%, up to 22,516 RUR, a month, while that of a two-bedroom home went up by 3.3% (up to 36,119 RUR a month).
