A decree to this effect was signed by Rosenergoatom’s Director-General Andrei Petrov on October 31, 2016, shortly after Rosatom Corporation issued its approval. The telecommunications provider MegaFon came up with a list of Ural Federal District-based businesses that spend the longest time periods on the phone and online, the company press service reports. ‘This year, local companies used 70% more Internet traffic than one year previously, while the amount of phone conversations within MegaFon network rose by 28%.
