A kilo of beef could be had for 347.97 RUR on average last month, compared with 312.01 RUR a year earlier. As for Sverdlovsk Region on the whole, beef prices went up by 7.9%, from 320.14 RUR in September 2015 up to 345.47 RUR last month.
