The average asking price of Yekaterinburg homes decreased by 0.9%, down to 68,716 RUR per m2, in the third quarter of the year, but this was still 0.6% more than on January 1, 2016. Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) shipped a set of seamless pipes to Saransk, where they will be used to put up Mordovia Arena Stadium in time for the world football championship of 2018. According to the company’s PR Department, the contractor has received 210,000 kg of seamless pipes (diameter: 219mm and 426mm) made of 440C steel this year so far. This is not the first time TMK delivers pipes for Saransk stadium: the company also supplied 1,600,000 kg of pipes for the stadium’s metal frames last year.
