New Driving School Regulations to Increase Costs 25%

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 31, 2016. Once the new driving test regulations come into effect, the costs of going to a driving school might increase by 20% to 25%, President of Ural Driving Schools Association Georgiy Kovalenko said at a press conference in Yekaterinburg. The new rules come into effect on September 1. For one, the road police will now have to sign special contracts with the driving schools in order to use their facilities for driving tests. 124,000 Loan-Related Frauds Traced in Q2’16

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 31, 2016. There were 124,000 cases of fraudulently issued loans in the country in the second quarter of 2016, National Credit History Bureau reports.
