Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev announced on Tuesday that the second inflation adjustment of pension payments planned for this fall would be replaced by a one-time allowance, Prime reports. ‘The incidental allowance will amount to 5,000 roubles and will be paid in January 2017,’ the Prime Minister said.
