UrBC, Yekaterinburg, May 4, 2016. Yekaterinburg Architecture & Urban Development Council adopted the plan for the second extension of Academic District, the city council’s press service reports. The concept was developed by the state-run organization General Plan Workshop. The council proposed a number of changes during the last consulting session, and these have been by now taken into account by the designers.
