Russia’s grain exports drops 1.5 times

UrBC, Moscow, September 15, 2015. Russia got 5.283m tons of our wheat grains exported as of September 9, which was 1.5 times less than a year earlier, the Agriculture Ministry reports. ‘6,786m tons of grains were exported altogether, including 5,283m tons of wheat, 1,258m tons of barley, 204,000 tons of corn, and 41,000 tons of other crops,’ the Ministry says. A year earlier, the export figures stood at 8,753m tons, including 7,687m tons of wheat. Housing prices keep going down in Yekaterinburg

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 15, 2015. Prices on Yekaterinburg existing homes market went down by 4.4% between late 2014 and August 2015, Ural Real Estate Chamber reports. On average, prices tended to decline by 0.2% a week and by 0.7% in the last four weeks. Interestingly, the price changes were most noticeable in the city’s fourth most expensive housing district and in downtown Yekaterinburg, where the decrease came to 0.8% over the last four weeks, down to 62,868 RUR and 101,520 RUR per m2, respectively. RAE 2015 gets 50,000 visitors

Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant ships B10M bulldozer to Mongolia

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 15, 2015. Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant (a member enterprise of Uralvagonzavod Corporation) recently shipped one of its B10M bulldozers to Mongolia, the company press service reports. ‘The machine was sent across the entire country to Solovyevsk Station by rail; from there on, the platform with a tractor on it will be taken care of by the Mongolian railway workers. The tractor is to reach the easternmost part of the country, close to China and Chita Region,’ the press service says. Uralvagonzavod Corporation‘s head plant employees get MoD awards
