Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeniy Kuivashev and UMMC Holding DG Andrei Kozitsyn signed a cooperation agreement on April 16 covering the launch of a high-speed tramway to connect Yekaterinburg and Verkhnyaya Pyshma.
