Sverdlovsk Region Government adopted a draft provision on the minimum wage in the first quarter of 2015. ‘The draft provision under consideration was drawn up in accordance with the local Acts 15 OZ adopted on January 4, 1995 and 47 OZ adopted on May 24, 2013 and is based on a methodology approved by the Russian Federation Government,’ says Sverdlovsk Region Economics Minister Dmitri Nozhenko.
