December 1, 2014. The Board of Directors of Yekaterinburg-based Koltsovo Airport (a member enterprise of Regional Airports Holding) adopted a long-term investment program for the company. According to the airport’s press service, the program will run through 2020 and covers directing money to fixed assets construction, technical upgrades of existing facilities, and IT infrastructure development.
