The spokesperson for the public prosecution authorities of Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous Region reports it has been determined that Yekaterinburg-based Advance offered more than 200m RUR worth of medical services to people who took out voluntary medical insurance policies with Yugoria State Insurance Company. However, it turned out Advance did not actually render any medical services to customers, as the
