Experts from Sinara Transport Machines Innovational Development Center (CIR STM, a member enterprise of Sinara Transport Machines) conducted another series of tests on the SinaraHybrid locomotive with the hybrid unit TEM9N using VNIIZhT experimental route, Sinara Group’s PR Center reports.
