The decision was taken at the shareholder meeting on December 12, 2012. The company is to pay a total of 300,436,300.2 RUR in terms of share dividends; this money will be transferred into shareholders’ accounts (0.3 RUR per one ordinary registered share of the Ural Bank for Reconstruction & Development).
