Shareholding in Khanty-Mansiysky Bank to Be Sold on September 28

The government of Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous Region Yugra decided in the course of a recent meeting chaired by Governor Natalya Komarova that the shares of Khanty-Mansiysky Bank which currently belong to the region must be privatized through a sale. The region currently holds a 44.2% stake in the bank’s authorized capital. Yugra’s shares are estimated at 12.77bn RUR. This will be the opening bid at the auction; every next bid must exceed the previous one by 638.75m RUR. The auction has been scheduled for September 28, 2012.

Bank Yekaterinburg, Tax Authorities Get on the List of Cardinal-Technoplus’s Creditors

The claims made by Bank Yekaterinburg and the tax authorities are now accounted for in the list of Cardinal-Technoplus’s creditors on the third-priority basis. The decision was made by Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court. The claims come to 11.16m RUR and 88.22 RUR, respectively. The insolvency application for Cardinal-Technoplus was placed with the court by the company’s liquidator E. Tsyganova. The reason given was the fact that the amount of creditors’ claims that the debtor had agreed with exceeded the worth of the debtor’s assets. The decision to liquidate the business was made on

Innoprom to Get Reorganized into Industrial Fair

The Ural International Innovations Exhibition/Forum Innoprom that will be held in the Mid-Urals for the third time this year will be given the federal industrial fair status. Governor Evgeny Kuivashev’s initiative was supported by the participants of the exhibition’s federal coordination committee that was held in the Russian Federation Government House and chaired by Deputy Head of Russian Government Arkady Dvorkovitch. Ural Airlines Joins ROUTES CIS 2012

Ural Airlines took part in the opening of the international forum on air travel network development Routes 2012; the event took place in Yekaterinburg on Sunday, June 24. On the first day of the forum, a plenary discussion was held on entering the CIS markets and the barriers and obstacles on the way, the airline’s press service reports.
