Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Evgeny Kuivashev asked the head of the Governor Administration Yakov Silin to personally supervise the situation around Ural Electro-Chemical Plant in Novouralsk. MDM Bank vs Avtoland Halted

Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court halted the proceedings related to the claim laid by MDM Bank against the assets of former Avtoland Holding. The bank took the case to court in order to make Uralchermetavto and Avtoland Sever (the loan guarantors) 206.47m RUR. This sum comprises the loan repayment, the interest, and the fines. The 9th Arbitration & Appeals Court ruled in favor of the latter when hearing the claim involving Formica Company and Sverdlovsk Region Governor’s Programs Fund.
