Court Declares Rusfinance Bank’s Loan Agreement Invalid

A Yekaterinburg dweller appealed to Sverdlovsk Region Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology, asking for legal advice on a clash she had with Rusfinance Bank, Sverdlovsk Region division of Rospotrebnadzor reports. Her loan agreement provided for a monthly fee for the servicing of the loan account (1.7% of the total sum, or 15,000 RUR, or 2,550 RUR a month). Given that the loan period came to 36 months, the fees would total to 91,800 RUR altogether. Uralvagonzavod to Get Stakes in Tver, Tomsk-based Enterprises

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on handing some of the state-owned assets over to Uralvagonzavod, Lenta.ru refers to the Kremlin website as stating. UTair Airlines ATR 42 had to stop the take-off due to technical problems at Roschino Airport, Interfax-Ural reports. Shareholding in Khanty-Mansiysky Bank to Be Sold on September 28

The government of Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous Region Yugra decided in the course of a recent meeting chaired by Governor Natalya Komarova that the shares of Khanty-Mansiysky Bank which currently belong to the region must be privatized through a sale.
