NLMK Sort says sales go down due to smaller export shipments

The member enterprises of NLMK Sort (NLMK’s section iron division) sold over 300,000 tons of reinforcing bars, 62,000 tons of metal goods, and 25,000 tons of rolled wire in January-March 2012 (which was, respectively, 5% more, 34% more, and 42% less than in the first quarter of 2011). Finishing Work Directorate 1 calls off claim against US BAES

OOO Finishing Work Directorate 1 called off its claim against US BAES from Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court; the plaintiff originally insisted on the latter’s being declared bankrupt. Now US BAES is a daughter enterprise of Uralenergostroy Management Company that was set up to supervise the building and assembly jobs at Beloyarskaya nuclear power station’s BH 800 generating unit. Enel OGK-5 to pass dividend for 2011

Enel OGK-5’s Board of Directors suggested that the company’s stockholders should vote for passing last year’s dividend at the upcoming AGM. The annual general meeting has been scheduled for June 20, 2012.
