Fyodor Voropayev is leaving his post as the General Director of YIT Uralstroy. The company reports the executive is being transferred to the position of the Business Development Director so that he can concentrate on the new directions in the company’s business activity. He will still remain YIT Uralstroy and YIT Kazan’s BOD member and Chairman of Olimp-Service Management Company’s Board of Directors as well as a YIT Uralstroy’s shareholder Roman Gibov, currently First Deputy GD, will replace Voropayev as the General Director of YIT Uralstroy.

The Board of Directors decided to go through with the recommendations of Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation and to accept their share purchase offer. The corporation that already owns a 98.91% stake in Uralmashzavod suggested to the latter’s stockholders that the remaining shares should be bought out.
