YIT Uralstroy GD Fyodor Voropayev Resigns

Fyodor Voropayev is leaving his post as the General Director of YIT Uralstroy. The company reports the executive is being transferred to the position of the Business Development Director so that he can concentrate on the new directions in the company’s business activity. He will still remain YIT Uralstroy and YIT Kazan’s BOD member and Chairman of Olimp-Service Management Company’s Board of Directors as well as a YIT Uralstroy’s shareholder Roman Gibov, currently First Deputy GD, will replace Voropayev as the General Director of YIT Uralstroy.

Uralmashzavod BOD Suggests Stockholders Accept Uralmash’s Offer

The Board of Directors decided to go through with the recommendations of Uralmash Machine-Building Corporation and to accept their share purchase offer. The corporation that already owns a 98.91% stake in Uralmashzavod suggested to the latter’s stockholders that the remaining shares should be bought out. The shares in question are the registered preference Type A ones coming from the first share issue, and the proposed purchase price comes to 51 RUR apiece.

Ural Airlines Launches New Flight from Nizhniy Novgorod to Prague

Ural Airlines is opening a new Prague-bound flight from Nizhniy Novgorod. This direct, non-stop flight will be operated on a weekly basis, every Saturday. The first Nizhniy Novgorod-Prague flight will be operated on March 24, 2012. All the flights will be operated using the modern an comfortable A320 aircraft with a full-scale business class. Round trip prices start from ?230 (plus fees and charges). The air carrier currently operates weekly flights from Nizhniy Novgorod to Dubai as well. In the summertime, Ural Airlines will also be offering flights to Varna, Tivat, and Paphos.
