A visiting meeting of Gazprom took place in Chelyabinsk today; the gas company executives met the representatives of Russia’s leading metallurgical enterprises and pipe manufacturers. Koltsovo Airport’s Stockholders Re-Elect BOD

The stockholders of Koltsovo Airport of Yekaterinburg decided in the course of an extraordinary general meeting to terminate the authority of the current Board of Directors before the end of the term and to re-elect the new BOD. The company reports nine BOD members were elected: Evgeny Olkhovik, Alexander Polikarpov, Nikolai Ulyanov, Evgeny Chudnovsky, Andrei Shtorkh, Vitaly Nedelsky, Gennady Marenkov, A. Yeganyan, and Yu. Surkov. The candidates Mikhail Shilimanov and Sergey Filippov did not get enough votes to be elected on the Board.

MediaMarkt-Saturn Fined for Consumer Rights Violation in Yekaterinburg

A dweller of Yekaterinburg won the case against MediaMarkt-Saturn, Central Yekaterinburg Division of Sverdlovsk Region Hygiene & Epidemiology Center informed UrBC. The problem consisted in a 999-ruble printer cartridge. On May 21, 2011, a Yekaterinburg dweller bought a 999-ruble HP 940 OfficeJet cartridge at MediaMarkt-Saturn in Alatyr Shopping Center at 5 Malyshev St. Even though nothing was said on the packaging about which printer types the cartridge was suitable for, the sales person assured the customer that the cartridge would fit his particular printer. Ural Airlines Offers Special Business Class Prices on Moscow-Bound Flights

Ural Airlines now offers special rates to business class passengers traveling from Yekaterinburg to Moscow and back, the company’s press office reports. A round trip from Yekaterinburg to Moscow and back can be available for only 15,000 RUR for business class passengers if booked in advance. A round trip ticket from Moscow to Yekaterinburg and back will be available for 28,000 RUR at the cheapest.
