Expert-Ural, an analytical center, came up with its rating of banks located in the Urals and Western Siberia based on these banks’ performance in the first quarter of 2010. UralTransBank’s margin threatened by fewer loans, Fitch Ratings says

The international rating agency affirmed UralTransBank’s B- long-term Issuer Default Rating with Stable outlook.
