Ural Turbine Plant has been placed on the list of companies owing considerable sums to the Russian Federation budget. According to Sverdlovsk Region’s division of the Russian Federation Federal Tax Service, the list comprises three hundred enterprises with debts amounting to more than 1 million RUR.
