Sberbank’s Ural branch raises small business loan portfolio by 4 billion RUR

Sberbank’s Ural branch provided small businesses with 106.9 billion RUR worth of loans in 2007, while the amount of debt on this type of loans came to 44.4 billion RUR on January 1, 2008. MMK keeps working on mill 5000

UC RUSAL invests $457m in business in January-March 2008

UC RUSAL published a quarterly report for January-March 2008. The company’s bauxite output went up by 13.1% compared to the first quarter of 2007 and reached 4,537,288 tons. The alumina production rose by 3.5% against a year earlier, coming to 1,096,236 tons thanks to Khakas aluminum plant reaching its full capacity. Federal Antimonopoly Service files complaint against Bank24.ru

Sverdlovsk Region’s division of Federal Antimonopoly Service filed a complaint against Bank24.ru, charging the business with violating the federal law on advertising, the Service’s press officer reports. Bulky trucks banned from Yekaterinburg’s roads

‘On June 15, 2008, it will become illegal for bulky cargo trucks to enter Yekaterinburg’s roads. This is based on the existing environmental legislation, and all the perpetrators will be fined heavily.
