Starting September 1, 2006, Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development expands range of guarantees offered to legal entities and sole traders. It now offers them the benefits of the bank’s new guarantee-concerned services such as individual treatment of each client willing to use a bank’s guarantee, considering the application promptly (in less than five work days), giving a guarantee without a security deposit and flexible pricing policies, reports the bank’s spokesperson.

Goryacheva, a sole proprietorship from Sarana, Ozernyi, a partnership of Smolenskoye, Agrospetsmontazh CJSC, the equipment-leasing firm of Talitsa, Plamya, a partnership of Belyanovskoye, TugulymskAgroPromChimiya CJSC of Talitsa, and some Yekaterinburg businesses: Design Service Ltd., Ladi Ltd., Ural VMTS Ltd., Doira Ltd., Bunar Complect Ltd., Mellon CJSC, Incomshield Ltd., Sergey A.

‘The General Director of TGK-9 has not been appointed yet, says the spokesperson for Sverdlovsk Region subsidiary of this power generating company. The need for a new GD emerged due to current GD Valeriy Rodin becoming Director of TGK-1. ‘The Board meeting which will take place in September will be devoted to consulting the management of the company’s subsidiaries. We’ll naturally take into account the opinion of our shareholders as well. Only then will we be able to appoint the new head of Sverdlovsk Region subsidiary of TGK-9,’ the spokesperson said.

According to the data provided by the insurance inspectorate in Ural Federal District, the insurers of Tyumen Region dealing in obligatory car insurance collected a total of 929,499 RUR throughout January to June 2006, of which 193,645 RUR came from the subsidiaries and 735,854 RUR came from the companies proper. They also paid the drivers 587,698 RUR altogether (following the insured accident), of which 478,377 RUR had to be paid by the regional insurers and 109,321 RUR had to be paid by the subsidiaries.
