For instance, the general layout, and the construction and engineering design for the company’s Academic construction project in Yekaterinburg were partly created by France’s leading architectural and design offices. The business executive also spoke about the need for more cooperation between the state and the private sector in the field of large-scale area development projects, especially in terms of putting up engineering and social infrastructures.

The official promised the Russian Government’s support to the country’s entrepreneurs through adopting some special programs aimed at implementing area development projects.
