Ural Treasures Bank edits name

Following the changes in its structure and adoption of the new Charter, Ural Treasures Bank edited its name. Starting June 27, 2008, the bank’s full name is Ural Treasures Commercial Bank (open joint stock commercial company), or Ural Treasures Bank (OJSC) for short.
