Sverdlovsk Region’s industrial production index goes up 7.1% in January-April 2008

According to the Federal State Statistics Service’s regional division, Sverdlovsk Region’s industrial production index for the first four months of 2008 exceeded the figures for January-April 2007 by 7.1%, while the producer price index for commodity goods and the consumer price index went up by 14.1% and 7.5%, respectively, compared to a year earlier.
