Severnaya Kazna to sell shares to East Capital Explorer Financial Institutions Fund AB

Bank Severnaya Kazna decided to sell 11% of its shares to East Capital Explorer Financial Institutions Fund AB, the Swedish investment fund. The shareholding will be bought for 1 billion RUR, with the shares offered as an additional issue, Clerk.Ru reports. The bank is believed to come up with 6.17 million shares with face value of 10 RUR each. These will be sold at 162.075 RUR apiece.
