Siemens’s Sverdlovsk Region representative Lev Dubnov got three criminal charges regarding large-scale/organized crime group embezzlement, monopolistic policies/limiting competition, and abuse of power.


Mr. Dubnov and Deputy Head of Yekaterinburg Municipal Council’s Healthcare Department are suspected of violating the law when purchasing medical equipment for the city’s hospitals.
