Sverdlovsk Region-based enterprises belonging to Evraz Group started getting ready for the winter season. Before the end of November, some 7,000 employees of Nizhniy Tagil Iron and Steel Works, Vysokogorskiy Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise, and Kachkanar Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise (aka Vanadium) are to be vaccinated in order to avoid the outbreak of flu. The immunization is free for the employees, since the medications are paid for by their companies. It is actually obligatory for old-age workers and people whose jobs involve interacting with large numbers of people, such as bus drivers, corporate nursery school teachers, and personnel of entertainment facilities and workers’ canteens.
