SKB-Bank gets on Russia’s Top 100 largest banks list in January-June 2007

The Kommersant newspaper came up with a list of Russia’s Top 100 largest banks; SKB-Bank can take pride in being one of them. According to Interfax-CEA, seven banks from the list (compiled on the basis of cumulated net assets) are based in the Urals, with three of them operating in Tyumen Region, another three operating in Sverdlovsk Region, and one bank operating in Chelyabinsk Region. SKB-Bank was rated 81st in January-June 2007, which is the best growth result among the Urals-based banks that were included in the rating. The bank’s net asset growth rate reached 28.6% in the first half of 2007. Kommersant reports the volume of SKB-Bank’s net assets amounted to 23.697 billion RUR on July 1, 2007.
