Severnaya Kazna Insurance Company Ltd sold 1.649% of Severnaya Kazna Bank’s stock, thus reducing its share in the bank’s authorized capital from 2.602% to .953%. The bank’s Chairman Vladimir Frolov acquired part of the offered shareholding, thus raising his share in the bank’s authorized capital to 25,000.
