Governor Eduard Rossel accepts resignation of Boris Charniy

Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Eduard Rossel accepted the resignation of Boris I. Charniy, CEO of Sverdlovsk Region Territorial Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund. Mr. Charniy will be succeeded by former Deputy CEO Yuri S. Semenov, the spokesperson for the Governor reports.
