Verkh-Isetskiy Court of Yekaterinburg decided to prolong the detention of local entrepreneur Pavel Fedulyev (who is accused of fraud and mass-scale insurgencies) by another four months and two days.
Mr. Fedulyev was detained on November 1, 2007, and his detention has already been extended twice.
