The regional Administration of ROSBANK that had been controlling six of the bank’s subsidiaries was shut down. UrBC found out that these subsidiaries were redirected to the Siberian Administration of the bank.

ROSBANK is a universal private crediting body whose key activities focus on retail and business lending, investment and banking services, and cooperation with the wealthy private customers. Interros Holding and Société Générale of France are the bank’s major shareholders.

Originally, eight territorial administrations (Moscow, North-West, Central, the Volga, South, the Urals, Siberia, and Far East) were set up after ROSBANK united with O.V.K Group.
