SverdlovEnergoSbyt, the regional power supplier, is going to hold a general meeting in absentia on October 20, 2006.
The Board of Directors will have to approve of the corporate policy management working agenda for 2006, which covers the company’s strategic development, medium-term and short-term activity planning, managing the activity of the Board, and keeping track of how the Board’s and the shareholders’ resolutions are fulfilled.
