Uglemetbank JSC has recorded a change in the authorized capital share (in the common stock of the association) of one of the bank shareholders.

The change was effected by BASK Insurance Company JSC that has recently made two bargains changing its shareholding in equity stock of Uglemetbank JSC.

Thus, on August 8, 2006, the company’s share in the authorized capital of Uglemetbank went down from 19.99% to 16.24%, and a week later, on August 15, 2006, the share went up to 17.56%. These changes are recorded in the releases of the bank.

This has been the third change in the allocation of Uglemetbank shares since the beginning of the year. The previous changes occurred in spring and affected the shares of Partners Financial Group JSC (the share went up from 11.0443% to 16.0443%) and Business-Science-Consulting Group Ltd. (the share went down from 19.0081% to 14.0081%).
