Ten school leavers patronized by Metallurgical Industrial Complex of Nizhniy Tagil enter Moscow Steel and Alloys Institute

21 July 2006 (12:56)

Metallurgical Industrial Complex of Nizhniy Tagil JSC (part of Evraz Group) decided to pay the tuition fees of a number of school leavers coming from schools supported by the Complex and willing to get their degree in Moscow Steel and Alloys Institute. Seven students from the municipal polytechnic gymnasium and three students from comprehensive schools of Tagilstroevskiy District of Nizhniy Tagil have already matriculated.

This tradition has existed since 2003 when the Complex signed a long-term agreement with the Institute agreeing to sponsor the students who would then be employed by the company. The Institute even possesses a theme classroom devoted to the Complex. So far, 41 high school students from Nizhniy Tagil have entered this college, with guaranteed job offers from the company as soon as they have received their degree (the class of 2007 will be the first to be employed).
