Chelyabobltopprom JSC is going to hold the general shareholder meeting on May 12, 2006. The shareholders will have to agree on the results of the company’s financial and managing activity in 2005 and decide on the dividends. Among the other points on the agenda are electing the members of the Board and the inspection committee and agreeing on the company’s auditor.
