Ferroalloy Works of Klyuchevsk JSC and Russian Chrome 1915 CJSC met to discuss April agenda on March 27, 2006. The issued discussed included settling the finance and production plan for April and the prime cost analysis carried out by Chairman of Ferroalloy Works of Klyuchevsk Sergey Gilvarg.
According to the spokespersons, the meeting also resulted in settling the issue of the necessary technical re-equipment of Russian Chrome; the correspondent sums should be included in the annual budget. This issue was earlier discussed at a meeting held on March 14, 2006, where the executives of Italian Stoppani Group that owns 50% of the company’s shares.
