The Board of Directors of Svechel JSC has scheduled the annual shareholder meeting for April 25, 2006. The points on the agenda include approving of the company’s financial activity in 2005, distribution of profits and some amendments to the company’s Charter. The shareholders will also have to elect the company’s General Director, the Board of Directors, the members of the inspection committee, and the company’s auditor.
